Job summary

ICF is seeking a Senior Test Engineer to lead quality engineering, test automation, and DevSecOps practices for a cloud-based federal application. You will design automated testing frameworks across UI, API, and integration layers using Java Spring Boot and Angular, and mentor a dispersed QA team.

Responsibilities include building an end-to-end testing strategy, integrating tests into Azure DevOps pipelines, and coordinating UAT with stakeholders while ensuring security validation within CI/CD

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software testing and quality engineering experience, including test automation.
• Must be a US Citizen.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance.
• Must reside in the U.S. and have lived in the U.S. for 3 of the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of a modern test automation strategy and framework across multiple applications and services.
• Establish scalable automated testing frameworks for UI, API, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to QA engineers and developers, elevating automation skills and testing best practices.
