Job summary

ICF is seeking a seasoned DevOps Engineer to join our Health Engineering Solutions team. You will drive cloud infrastructure in AWS using infrastructure as code, collaborating with developers, security, and operations to deliver scalable deployments.

You will design and maintain CI/CD pipelines, implement monitoring with CloudWatch, and work across development, integration and production environments. Strong AWS, Terraform, and automation experience required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years setting up CI/CD pipelines with open-source plugins.
• 5+ years of experience with AWS provisioning and automation.
• Ability to obtain Federal Public Trust clearance.
• Must reside in the United States, be authorized to work in the United States, and perform all work within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Implement cloud-based solutions in AWS using infrastructure as code.
• Deploy, setup, and run infrastructure configurations for various AWS services, utilizing Terraform.
• Engage with stakeholders across development, networking, security, IAM, and operations.
• Enable and optimize the automation of application and infrastructure environments.
• Collaborate to build cloud infrastructure with AMI, containers and serverless functions.
• Develop and improve CI/CD pipelines across development, integration and production environments.
• Set up, integrate, and maintain a scalable, stable set of CI/CD tools to support development, testing, and security scanning.
• Implement CloudWatch and monitoring solutions to track system, performance and errors.
