Job summary

FICO seeks a Senior Software Engineering role in Ashburn, VA to drive end‑to‑end performance and functional QA for cloud enterprise apps. You will design and maintain test automation, engineering tools, and dashboards, and mentor junior engineers across distributed teams.

The role requires leadership in defining QA processes, collaboration with Product/Dev/Platform teams, and hands-on testing of microservices in AWS environments. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Eight years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in Software Eng or QA.
• Four years leading test automation, performance testing, and CI/CD initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and standardize QA engineering processes and tooling across platforms and products.
• Design, develop, and execute automated and manual tests for cloud-native applications on AWS.
