Job summary

Alteva RCM is seeking a QA Engineer to help build a dedicated quality function for a high-impact operational technology team. The role blends manual and automation QA across Salesforce tools, AI-assisted workflows, and .NET services to ensure release readiness.

You will design test layers, set up automation where possible, and partner with operations and development to ship high-quality software. This is a remote role with overlapping hours with teams in Israel and US ET.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in QA engineering with manual and automated testing
• Experience with API testing (REST/SOAP)
• Proficiency in SQL for data validation across integrations
• Salesforce sandbox testing and production validation support
• Strong automation framework building from scratch
• Ability to document test plans that non-technical stakeholders understand

Responsibilities

• Own test strategy and test case development across internal product portfolio
• Design and maintain testing layers: smoke, happy path, regression, release-readiness
• Set up and maintain automated test runs, including nightly checks
• Build and maintain automation frameworks from scratch
• Perform manual and automated testing across Salesforce sandbox environments, production validation, .NET services, and AI tool outputs
• Own QA sign-off for releases with clear communication of risk
