Job summary

Alteva RCM is building a dedicated quality function for a high-impact operational technology team. This foundational QA role will shape how quality work is defined and implemented across Salesforce-native tools, AI-assisted workflows, and backend services in build.

Initially, you’ll perform manual testing and release-readiness checks while building an automation framework from scratch. You will help establish test coverage, regression frameworks, and clear release signals, earning trust from

Qualifications

• 5+ years in QA engineering (manual and automated)
• Experience with API testing (REST/SOAP) in integrated environments
• Proficiency in SQL for data validation across integrations
• Salesforce experience with sandbox testing and production validation
• Strong track record building automation frameworks from scratch
• Experience testing AI/ML outputs is a plus, especially non-deterministic systems
• Familiarity with .NET environments is a plus
• Ability to write clear test docs for non-technical stakeholders
• Strong communication with ops teams, developers, and product
• Healthcare RCM or complex operational workflows is a plus

Responsibilities

• Own test strategy and test case development across the product portfolio
• Design and maintain testing layers: smoke, happy path, regression, release-readiness
• Set up and maintain automated test runs, including nightly checks
• Build and maintain automation frameworks from scratch
• Perform manual and automated testing across Salesforce sandbox environments, production validation workflows, .NET services, and AI tool outputs
• Own QA sign-off recommendations for releases with clear risk communication
• Build a QA process shifting release testing to a structured workflow
• Document end-to-end business workflows and map test coverage
• Define release gates in partnership with developers and Tech Lead
• Mentor QA Engineer and contribute to proactive quality culture
• Investigate production issues and drive prevention actions
