• Create and perform manual and automated tests; identify errors and provide feedback.
• Execute security, API, Section 508, and regression testing across the platform.
• Create automation strategy, scripts, and support environment configuration.
• Lead test design reviews and defect reporting to improve SDLC quality.
• Develop master test plans including strategy, approach, and schedules.
• Review requirements and designs for testability and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain and run automated test scripts where applicable.
• Coordinate with business, product, and development teams throughout SDLC.
