Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, is seeking a QA professional to lead the execution of a QA program for government-focused products and services, shaping testing standards across lifecycle, documentation, development, testing, and maintenance.

You will work with business, product, and development teams through the SDLC, implement efficient test plans, and develop automated scripts to improve defect detection and measurement of software quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field of study or equivalent relevant experience.
• Certified Tester -- Advanced Level (TTA, TA, and/or TM) desired
• 2-5 years of Information Technology experience; requirements development, programming, software testing, technical writing, customer call support (Help Desk).

Responsibilities

• Works iteratively with business, product, and development teams through all SDLC phases, including requirements, specs, integration and regression testing.
• Implements efficient and effective test plans for new systems, problems and enhancements.
• Analyzes system requirements and technical specs to create and execute test cases; writes and executes test cases.
• Plans, documents, evaluates, and tracks testing results to ensure applications are defect-free.
• Participates in walk-throughs, inspections, reviews and user group meetings for QA.
• Works with project teams to establish quantitative measurements and techniques for measuring software quality.
