Job summary

ASM Research is seeking a senior QA professional to create and execute manual and automated tests, ensuring the product meets client requirements and maintaining quality across the platform. You will lead testing efforts throughout the SDLC and collaborate with business, product, and development teams to drive testing strategies and defect management.

This role includes developing master test plans, writing automated scripts, participating in reviews, and guiding junior staff while applying QA

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees preferred.
Experience 8–15 years in professional software testing including automation and/or infrastructure development.
Certified Tester designation desired.

Responsibilities

Lead QA across SDLC, including requirements, design, integration and regression testing.
Create and maintain master test plans and test strategies.
Write, maintain and execute automated test scripts where applicable.
Document and report defects; oversee resolution and QA process improvements.
Coordinate with multiple teams and conduct test case reviews and design reviews.
Communicate changes and impediments impacting testing timelines.
