Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Certified Tester -- Advanced Level (TTA, TA, and/or TM) desired.
• 8-15 years professional software testing experience including test automation and/or infrastructure development, test planning, test case design, test methodologies.
• Experience collaborating with developers, end users and organizations to create test plans and test scripts.
• Experience with configuring necessary hardware and operating environments as needed to complete assigned testing.
• Experience in writing or assisting in the development of test plans and test procedures.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business, product, and development teams, serving as a senior QA resource through the SDLC.
• Provide high level of functionality, usability, and testability expertise during requirements phase; implement test plans for new systems and enhancements.
• Participate in requirements, design, and interface specification reviews to ensure testability.
• Create the master test plan for multiple projects, including strategy, approach, and schedules.
• Write, maintain, and execute automated test scripts where applicable.
• Analyze complex requirements to create and execute test cases; conduct software tests and diagnostics.
• Plan, document, evaluate, and track testing results to ensure defect-free applications.
