Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, Baton Rouge, LA, seeks a seasoned QA professional to lead the quality assurance program for government-focused software products. You will develop test plans, execute test cases, and coordinate with business and development teams across the SDLC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field of study or equivalent relevant experience.
• Certified Tester -- Advanced Level (TTA, TA, and/or TM) desired
• 2-5 years of Information Technology experience; requirements development, programming, software testing, technical writing, customer call support (Help Desk).

Responsibilities

• Responsible for execution of a quality assurance program for products and services.
• Develop and implement test plans, create and execute test cases, and document results.
• Enter defects into defect tracking tool and maintain automated testing scripts where applicable.
• Analyze system requirements and technical specs to ensure defects are minimized.
• Participate in SDLC activities, walk-throughs, reviews and user group meetings.
