Job summary

FacilityOS is seeking a Senior QA Engineer to own quality across web, desktop, and mobile products. You will combine hands-on manual testing with building and maintaining automated test suites, working closely with developers and product managers from requirements through release.

The role involves triaging customer issues, expanding automation from web/desktop to mobile, and integrating tests into Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software QA experience including 2+ years building and maintaining automated tests.
• Strong manual testing skills: test design, exploratory, regression testing and defect reproduction.
• Experience triaging and investigating issues with developers.
• Hands-on test automation with Playwright (C# preferred) or similar frameworks.
• Working knowledge of C# / .NET, enough to read code and write test code.
• Strong SQL skills (SQL Server preferred) for data validation.
• Experience testing web APIs with tools such as Postman or Swagger.
• Experience testing web and desktop apps; mobile testing is a plus.
• Familiar with Jira, Confluence, Zephyr, and Git / Azure DevOps.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual testing across web, desktop, and mobile platforms; plan, execute, and document tests.
• Design, build, and maintain automated test suites; integrate into Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
• Test APIs and data; validate requests/responses and investigate root causes.
• Triage and investigate customer-reported issues with developers; verify fixes with regression tests.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, support, and DevOps; mentor QA teammates.
