Job summary

Limestone Digital is seeking an experienced Senior QA Automation Engineer to own test automation across UI, API, and integration layers. You will build and maintain automated tests in C# / .NET across UI, API, and integration tiers, and evolve frameworks using xUnit/NUnit, Selenium, and SpecFlow.

You will integrate tests into CI/CD, ensure stability of test suites, and support SonarQube quality gates while mentoring other QA engineers in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software testing, with 3+ years focused on test automation.
• Strong C# / .NET experience for building and maintaining automation frameworks.
• Hands-on with xUnit or NUnit and API testing with RestSharp or Postman.
• UI automation using Selenium WebDriver and BDD with SpecFlow.
• Experience integrating automation into CI/CD and enforcing quality gates with SonarQube.
• Containerised test environments using Docker; service mocking with WireMock.
• Solid QA methodologies and SDLC/STLC knowledge with risk-based testing.
• Experience with issue-tracking and test management tools like ClickUp.
• Ownership of test strategy and framework architecture; mentoring QA engineers.
• Clear communication with engineering, DevOps, and product stakeholders.

• Design, build, and maintain automated tests across UI, API, and integration layers.
• Develop frameworks with xUnit or NUnit, Selenium WebDriver, and SpecFlow.
• Create and maintain API test suites with RestSharp and Postman.
• Integrate tests into CI/CD, stabilize suites, and support SonarQube gates.
• Set up and manage containerised test environments with Docker.
• Use WireMock to mock external dependencies during testing.
• Define coverage expectations and release readiness criteria with the team.
• Investigate failures, distinguish test issues from product bugs, mentor teammates.
• Track work and report issues in ClickUp; collaborate with Developers, DevOps, QA lead, and Product in Agile.

This Senior QA Automation Engineer owns test automation across UI, API, and integration layers, keeps delivery quality high, and works closely with the wider team so releases are stable and predictable.
