Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Performance Monitoring professional to support customer service operations in a remote, full-time role across the United States. You will monitor, analyze and improve customer contact quality, conduct investigations and drive corrective actions within established quality systems.

You will work cross-functionally to ensure regulatory compliance and uphold process improvements, with a focus on root-cause analysis and proactive problem solving.

Qualifications

• Call monitoring experience preferred.
• Case audit experience preferred.
• HS Diploma, GED or technical certification in related field or equivalent experience, preferred.
• 3+ years experience in related field, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates knowledge of quality systems and approaches.
• Understands the relevant regulations, standards, and operating procedures.
• Performs investigations / root cause analysis and develops corrective actions.
• Demonstrates the ability to perform gap assessments to those requirements.
• Demonstrates understanding of quality concepts such as: cost of quality, analytical metrics, and statistics, trending, quality planning, validation, CAPA and problem solving.
• Works cross‑functionally and has the ability to interpret the requirements as well as educate and influence others on those requirements.
