Job summary

NMDP is seeking a QA Automation Lead to design and deliver automation testing across applications. You will mentor teams, define an automation framework, and drive test strategy with stakeholders. Responsibilities include coordination of performance, load, and security tests, and reporting risks to ensure quality releases.

You will partner with IT and customers to enable reliable deployments, support user acceptance testing, and promote a mature QA practice across projects and programs.

Qualifications

• Quality assurance principles across multiple lifecycle stages.
• Strong programming skills in modern OO languages.
• Experience with GitLab and GitHub for version control.
• Background building automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-on with Selenium-based testing and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide QA leadership on product teams and align to QA processes.
• Champion quality culture and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead performance, load, and security testing initiatives.
• Report test execution status, defects, and risks to stakeholders.
• Mentor QA team members on automation best practices.
