Job summary

SRM Digital is seeking an experienced Senior Tester / Senior QA Engineer to lead quality assurance across the SDLC. You will develop test strategies, oversee automation, and perform functional, integration, API, and data validation testing to ensure robust software releases.

You will mentor junior QA engineers, collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and Analysts, and help evolve QA processes, frameworks, and Agile practices to deliver high-quality software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in Software QA / Testing with automation.
• Experience in Agile development environments.
• Ability to independently lead QA activities and collaborate cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design, execution, and maintenance of test strategies, plans, scenarios, and cases.
• Perform functional, integration, system, regression, end-to-end, and UAT testing.
• Design, develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts and frameworks.
• Perform API testing and validate backend services and data.
• Conduct data quality and data validation testing for accuracy and integrity.
• Support Salesforce testing across relevant functionality, integrations, workflows, and data.
