Broadcast Music, Inc. is seeking an Automation Test Engineer to design and implement end-to-end test automation frameworks using Playwright, Cucumber, Jest, Supertest, and TypeScript, with Python testing for backend services.

You will validate complex web and API platforms, build scalable automation, and integrate tests into CI/CD while ensuring quality at speed. The role focuses on enterprise-level QA, collaboration with agile teams, and leveraging AI-assisted tooling to improve efficiency and

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Business or Math, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years hands-on QA automation in large-scale environments.
• Proven ability to design and build automation frameworks from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks.
• Write robust automation scripts for end-to-end UI and functional testing.
• Develop and maintain BDD test suites to align business requirements and tests.
• Build and maintain API automation test suites for RESTful services.
• Test CRM platforms via programmatic CRM API interactions.
• Write and optimize queries for data validation and test data mgmt.
• Create scripting utilities to support testing infrastructure.
• Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines for rapid feedback.
• Collaborate with leads to report status, coverage, and defects.
• Identify, document, and track defects with developers.
• Champion QA best practices and Agile ceremonies.
