Job summary

Resolve Tech Solutions seeks a Sr. Test Automation Engineer to ensure reliability, performance, and quality of store tech solutions.

You will partner with engineering, product, and business teams to define test strategies, build scalable automation, and contribute to user story quality. The role requires a strong QA mindset, creativity, and the ability to think outside the box while delivering solutions at the heart of store operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in QA automation.
• Experience writing automation frameworks from scratch.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with MongoDB, Node.js, and AWS services including Lambda, Step Functions, and CloudWatch.
• Hands-on experience with test tools and frameworks such as Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, Karate, or JMeter.
• Knowledge or experience with pipelines, Jenkins, and CI/CD processes.

Responsibilities

• Identify business risks and contribute to user story definition.
• Define, develop, and review test cases, test plans, and test strategy.
• Design and build automation frameworks from scratch and improve coverage.
• Perform web testing across the software development lifecycle.
• Use Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, Karate, and JMeter in testing.
• Apply TDD, BDD, and Gherkin to improve testability.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines, including Jenkins.
• Collaborate with engineering and business teams in SCRUM environments.
• Bring creativity and a quality-first mindset to store technology challenges.
• Maintain a strong QA mindset and improve quality.
