Client Resources, Inc. seeks a Senior QA Automation Engineer to advance automated testing capabilities across multiple stacks. You will design, build, and scale automation, mentor engineers, and establish best practices within cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes hands-on automation, collaboration with BAs, and driving quality throughout the development lifecycle in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of QA automation engineering experience.
• Hands-on with Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, and Postman and quick to learn new tools.
• Experience with REST/SOAP API testing and automation.
• Experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines, ideally GitHub Actions.
• Ability to work across microservices, legacy systems, and AWS.
• Experience developing automation frameworks, test strategies, and maintainable practices.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated mentoring and upskilling in testing and automation.
• Ability to work independently in an Agile environment and influence QA best practices.

Responsibilities

• Assess QA processes and identify opportunities for test automation across applications.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated tests with listed tools.
• Partner with engineers and BAs to develop test plans and automation strategies.
• Build and organize QA tooling, test repositories, and testing processes.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or similar).
• Review automation scripts and advise on quality and maintainability.
• Work across microservices, APIs, legacy apps, and AWS environments.
• Mentor team members on testing fundamentals and automation practices.
• Collaborate with QA leadership and Agile teams to standardize QA practices.
• Create sustainable testing practices for long-term maintenance.
