Qualifications

• Master’s degree in computer science or related field; five years of progressive experience may substitute.
• Strong knowledge of COBOL, JCL, CICS, SQL, DB2, VSAM and related mainframe tools.
• Experience with test automation, QA processes and STLC practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop test plans and test cases from client requirements and specs.
• Design, develop and maintain test automation framework across testing phases.
• Document defects and provide defect logs and summary reports.
• Mentor and train QA team; collaborate with stakeholders and project teams.
