Job summary

ASM Research is seeking a senior QA professional to implement and manage a large quality assurance program across products and services. You will establish software quality standards for the lifecycle, documentation, development methods, testing and maintenance.

You will lead test planning, scripting, automation, and defect management while collaborating with business, product, and development teams to ensure product testability and compliance with government directives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field; master's preferred.
• 8–15 years of professional software testing experience.
• Experience with test automation and test planning.
• Experience with government customers and regulatory standards.
• Certified Tester Advanced Level desired.
• Ability to configure hardware/OS environments as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA across SDLC from requirements to regression testing.
• Create master test plan and testing strategies.
• Write, maintain, and execute automated tests.
• Oversee defect tracking and drive issue resolution.
• Coordinate with business, product and development teams.
• Conduct QA reviews and inspections to identify defects.
• Prepare test metrics and interim project reviews.
• Ensure QA standardization across the company.
