Job summary

ASM Research, an Accenture Federal Services Company, seeks an experienced QA leader to implement large QA programs across the software life cycle, from requirements through testing and release. You will define testing strategies, create plans and scripts, and work with product, development, and government teams to ensure quality.

Responsibilities include managing master test plans, overseeing automated tests, conducting reviews, tracking defects, and promoting QA standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Certified Tester -- Advanced Level (TTA, TA, and/or TM) desired
• 8-15 years professional software testing experience including test automation and/or infrastructure development
• Experience collaborating with developers, end users and organizations to create test plans and test scripts
• Experience configuring necessary hardware and operating environments as needed to complete assigned testing
• Experience in writing or assisting in the development of test plans and test procedures

Responsibilities

• Lead QA across all SDLC phases including business requirements, functional specifications, integration and regression testing.
• Create master test plans, testing strategy, approach, and schedules for multiple projects.
• Write, maintain, and execute automated test scripts where applicable.
• Analyze complex system requirements to create and execute test cases; conduct tests and diagnostics.
• Track testing results and defects; drive resolution and QA process improvements.
• Lead reviews, inspections, and QA training; coordinate with project teams and government clients.
