Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's preferred.
Certified Tester -- Advanced Level desired (TTA/TA/TM).
8-15 years of professional software testing experience including automation and/or infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Create and execute manual and automated tests, identify errors, and verify client requirements.
Lead SDLC testing activities including requirements, design, and regression testing.
Develop master test plans, testing strategy, and schedules across projects.
Write and maintain automated test scripts; use defect tracking to document issues.
Coordinate with teams, conduct reviews, and provide QA leadership across projects.
Validate production readiness and ensure adherence to government standards.
