Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, is seeking a senior QA professional to implement and manage a comprehensive QA program across large, complex projects. You will define testing strategies, develop test plans, and oversee automated testing efforts within a government or regulated environment.

The role requires extensive SDLC experience, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and the ability to lead defect resolution and QA process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field; Master's preferred.
• Certified Tester -- Advanced Level (TTA, TA, and/or TM) desired
• 8-15 years professional software testing experience including test automation
• Experience collaborating with developers, end users and organizations to create test plans and scripts
• Experience configuring hardware and environments for testing
• Experience in writing test plans and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business, product, and development teams across the SDLC for testing.
• Create master test plans and testing strategies for multiple projects.
• Write, maintain and execute automated test scripts where applicable.
• Lead QA reviews, inspections, and defect resolution meetings.
• Enter defects into defect tracking tools and manage junior defect reviews.
• Coordinate with QA leads on projects and ensure QA standardization across the company.
