Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company seeks a senior QA professional to implement large QA programs across the software life cycle. You will define testing strategy, create master test plans, and lead teams through requirements, design, and integration testing for government-grade systems.

You will supervise regression testing, build automated scripts, and ensure defect tracking and process standardization while coordinating with multiple stakeholders to meet government directives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Certified Tester -- Advanced Level desired.
• 8-15 years of professional software testing experience including test automation and/or infrastructure development, test planning, test case design, test methodologies.
• Experience collaborating with developers, end users and organizations to create test plans and test scripts.
• Experience configuring hardware and operating environments as needed to complete testing.
• Experience in writing or assisting in developing test plans and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA program implementation across SDLC for large/complex projects.
• Establish software quality standards for life cycle, testing and maintenance.
• Create test plans, scripts, and testing strategy; oversee regression testing.
• Coordinate with business, product, and development teams as senior QA resource.
• Maintain automated test scripts and execute tests where applicable.
• Track testing results and drive defect resolution and SOP creation.
• Conduct QA reviews and inspections; mentor junior staff.
• Ensure compliance with government directives and industry standards.
