ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, is seeking an experienced QA professional to lead manual and automated testing across the SDLC. You will create test plans, review requirements, and drive defect management to ensure client requirements are met.

This role emphasizes security testing, 508 compliance, regression suites, and collaboration with business and development teams to improve quality across the platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Certified Tester -- Advanced Level (TTA, TA, and/or TM) desired
• 8-15 years professional software testing experience including test automation and/or infrastructure development, test planning, test case design, test methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business, product, and development teams as a senior QA resource across SDLC.
• Create and execute master test plans including testing strategy and schedules.
• Write, maintain and execute automated test scripts when applicable.
• Lead test case reviews, design reviews, and change control activities.
• Document and report issues; oversee resolution and QA process improvements.
• Ensure QA standardization across the company and contribute to training.
