Job summary

You will collaborate with Development, DevOps, and QA to embed automation in CI/CD. A strong background in Playwright and AI tools is required, with a focus on performance and reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience in automation testing of web applications and APIs.
• Expertise with automation frameworks like Playwright or similar.
• Experience with AI/ML tools and techniques in testing and defect management.
• Experience building MCP servers, tools, and integrations connecting LLM agents to internal systems.
• Experience with developer AI tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and Devin AI.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive automation strategy for web and service applications.
• Design and manage scalable automation frameworks for functional, performance, and regression testing.
• Evaluate and integrate AI/ML-driven tools to improve test case generation, defect prediction, and testing accuracy.
• Collaborate with Development, DevOps, QA to embed automation and AI in CI/CD pipelines.
• Stay ahead of AI and automation trends and drive innovative solutions.
• Mentor and coach a team of engineers toward technical excellence.
• Define and track KPIs for automation and AI initiatives aligned to business goals.
• Manage resources, budgets, and timelines for automation and AI projects.
