Job summary
Verizon is seeking a Senior Manager- QA Test Automation to lead and transform our web and service automation testing frameworks while integrating AI solutions into our testing ecosystem. This role will drive the strategic execution and optimization of automation and AI initiatives, ensuring high-quality deliverables and operational excellence.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
- Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work, military, or training.
- Experience in automation testing of web applications and APIs.
- Expertise in automation frameworks like Playwright or similar.
- Experience with AI/ML tools and testing techniques.
- Experience building MCP servers, tools, and LLM integrations.
- Experience with developer AI tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and Devin AI.
Responsibilities
- Lead and transform automation testing for web and services.
- Develop and implement scalable automation frameworks for functional, performance, and regression testing.
- Evaluate and integrate AI/ML tools to improve testing accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with Dev, DevOps, and QA to embed automation in CI/CD pipelines.
- Mentor and coach QA engineers to maintain technical excellence.
- Define and track KPIs for automation and AI initiatives.
