Job summary

Gainwell Technologies LLC is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM). You will elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, translating objectives into technical solutions and supporting the full software development lifecycle.

You will collaborate with clients, PMs, and developers, lead teams, and mentor junior analysts. Strong PBM domain knowledge and Medicaid experience are a plus; remote work is available for eligible locations in the contiguous US.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in business analytics, requirements gathering, process mapping and documentation.
3+ years in Pharmacy Systems and US PBM domain knowledge; Medicaid experience a plus.
Familiar with Agile and Waterfall SDLC methodologies.
Experience leading teams and mentoring junior analysts and architects.
SSIS experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for software development projects.
Collaborate with stakeholders, end-users, project managers, and developers to ensure software meets business needs.
Translate business objectives into technical solutions and support the SDLC from inception to implementation.
Create and maintain BRDs, user stories, and process flows to support development and adoption.
Assist with testing, UAT, defect resolution, and go-live readiness.
Support project planning, risk analysis, and change management; coordinate BA activities.
