Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 10–12 years of software development or Test Engineering experience in cybersecurity, Networking and related areas.
• 3+ yrs leading a team of SDETs on carrier/enterprise grade Network Security or Infrastructure products.
• Hands-on experience with Linux, virtualization, Docker/Kubernetes and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Responsibilities

• Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of high-performing QA/Automation engineers.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and quality metrics for Prisma Access components.
• Participate in system design to embed quality throughout the Prisma SASE lifecycle.
• Lead the development of AI-driven automation test frameworks (API, UI, networking, performance, chaos).
• Oversee test execution across CI/CD pipelines and cloud production deployments.
• Partner with Architecture, Product Management, and Operations to understand feature requirements and scale challenges.
• Track quality metrics and drive RCA for field escalations to prevent recurrence.
