Qualifications

• 7+ years defining a quality vision and leading teams towards implementation.
• AI-first mindset with experience directing autonomous agent fleets.
• Experience architecting quality guardrails for agentic systems.
• Experience optimizing SaaS testing: multi-tenancy, scalability, and cloud load testing.
• Broad view of complex on-premises and cloud-based product solutions.
• Experience with end-to-end testing for modern web apps (Cypress/Playwright/Selenium/Protractor).
• Strong MEAN stack testing experience.

Responsibilities

• Actively track testing needs and define QA activities.
• Plan, define and execute tests as part of QA activities.
• Design and orchestrate autonomous test agent fleets for QA validation.
• Analyze testing coverage using AI-powered insights and close gaps.
• Mentor developers and QA staff to raise quality mindset and skills.
• Develop and maintain AI skills and frameworks to standardize quality benchmarks.
• Monitor and optimize test performance in CI/CD for SaaS deployments.
• Contribute to automation coverage and end-to-end testing workflows.
