Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking an experienced Test Engineering leader to drive AI-driven quality for the Prisma SASE team. You will mentor a high-performing QA/Automation group, define test strategies, and ensure quality from design through deployment.

With deep networking and SASE expertise, you will shape scalable test frameworks and collaborate across architecture, product management, and operations to deliver secure, reliable cloud services.

Qualifications

• 10-12 years of software development or Test Engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS/CE or related field.
• 3+ years leading SDET teams across geographies in fast-growth environments.
• Experience with IPSec, BGP, DHCP and TCP/UDP Networking.
• Hands-on AI transformation in Engineering with Agentic workflows and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of QA/Automation engineers; drive team goals.
• Develop and execute test strategies, plans, and quality metrics for Prisma Access.
• Influence system design to embed quality across the Prisma SASE lifecycle.
• Lead development of scalable AI-driven test frameworks (API, UI, network, performance).
• Oversee test execution across CI/CD and cloud deployments; sign off on releases.
• Collaborate with Architecture, Product, and Ops to scale cloud infra and features.
