Qualifications

• 8+ years in software quality engineering or related roles.
• 3+ years of QE team leadership.
• Proven test strategy and quality engineering process experience.
• Experience with test automation frameworks and CI/CD integration.
• Experience testing distributed systems and microservices.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience with cloud applications.

Responsibilities

• Define QE strategy, roadmap, and quality standards.
• Lead release planning, gating, and production readiness.
• Oversee system integration and end-to-end testing.
• Drive test automation strategy and framework adoption.
