Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with lead/staff responsibilities.
• Strong proficiency in Python and backend engineering.
• Deep experience with async/concurrent programming and observability.

Responsibilities

• Write resilient Python applications within a service architecture.
• Develop observability for ML applications and GenAI/LLM integrations using Grafana Stack.
• Mentor engineers in writing intuitive, clear, and testable code.
• Partner with Data Scientists to productionize ML models.
• Manage full project lifecycle from architecture to deployment and monitoring.
