Qualifications
- 10+ years of professional software engineering with architecture ownership.
- Strong Python proficiency for application development.
- 2 years of production AI/LLM experience.
- AWS and/or GCP with real deployment experience.
- CI/CD pipelines; Kubernetes experience a plus.
- Full-stack capability with modern frontend frameworks.
- Experience mentoring engineers and leading teams.
- Ability to communicate technical strategy to executives.
Responsibilities
- Provide system architecture and oversee technical direction.
- Lead rapid prototyping and stakeholder collaboration.
