You will own end-to-end architecture across backend, data, and UI, with autonomy to turn complex problems into scalable, production-ready systems, and to guide product thinking and technical direction.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of professional software engineering experience with system-architecture ownership.
• Proficiency in Python, C#, JavaScript, or other languages.
• Cloud experience (Azure, AWS or GCP).
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools and DevSecOps practices.
• Mentoring engineers and leading project teams.
• Experience communicating technical strategy to executives and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Translate ambiguous business problems into technical solutions and design scalable architectures.
• Build rapid prototypes and validate concepts with stakeholders.
• Own full-stack backend, data systems, and UI end-to-end.
• Apply AI-assisted development practices and toolchains.
• Implement secure-by-design DevSecOps, CI/CD, observability, and reliability.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and communicate with executives.
