Persistent Systems Limited is seeking a highly experienced Fullstack Engineer to architect and deliver a unified AI-enabled platform. You will lead end-to-end development across React frontend, Python backend, and Azure cloud, driving technical excellence in a hands-on IC leadership role.

The position requires 10+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years at Principal Engineer level, with a strong track record of delivering enterprise-scale platforms and AI-powered workflows.

Qualifications

10+ years of software engineering experience.
5+ years at Principal Engineer / Senior IC level building large-scale full stack platforms.
Proven track record delivering end-to-end full stack systems with frontend and backend components.
Hands-on experience building production-grade applications across frontend and backend.
Experience with AI-enabled platforms and Claude AI usage to accelerate development.

Responsibilities

Build end-to-end full stack platform unifying fragmented workflows.
Design frontend and backend components, APIs, and supporting services for performance and scalability.
Develop workflow-driven modules and integrations with enterprise systems and data pipelines.
Design AI-assisted workflow systems with intelligent recommendations and data-driven decisions.
Leverage Claude AI to accelerate development, prototyping, debugging, and documentation.
