NextEra Energy Resources, LLC is seeking a Lead Project Manager for the PGD Prevailing Wage & Apprenticeship program within Renewable Central Maintenance. You will oversee PWA across solar, storage, wind, and RNG projects, ensuring compliance with IRA, Davis-Bacon, and apprenticeship requirements.

The role requires coordinating with internal teams, contractors, and vendors; managing budgets, schedules, and documentation; and guiding project teams on labor compliance and contract provisions.

Qualifications

• Requires high school graduation or GED, a Bachelor's or equivalent experience, and 6+ years of experience.
• Preferred: Master's Degree and PMP certification; experience in renewables/utilities is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Ensure compliance with Prevailing Wage requirements (Davis-Bacon Act, IRA) where applicable.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and vendors to document and implement wage and apprenticeship requirements.
• Review certified payroll records, wage determinations, and supporting docs for accuracy and compliance.
• Assist audits, reporting, and record retention for wage and apprenticeship programs.
• Provide guidance to project teams on labor compliance and contract provisions.
• Escalate compliance risks and work on corrective actions with stakeholders.
• Stay updated on changes in prevailing wage regulations and best practices.
• Incorporate labor compliance into project schedules, contracts, and procurement activities.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
