• 7+ years of related experience.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead PWA compliance initiatives for a portfolio of operations projects.
• Manage 1-2 associates to meet deliverables and schedule.
• Coordinate with Asset Management, Operations, HR, Tax, Legal, and Procurement.
• Draft, submit, defend, and negotiate wage determinations.
• Track wage reports, cures, penalties, and renewals.
• Provide internal training on compliance requirements.
