Reporting to the Vice President, Tax, the Senior Manager, PW&A Compliance will lead Longroad’s efforts in maintaining compliance with the Prevailing Wage & Apprenticeship (“PWA”) requirements under the Inflation Reduction Act of 2022. This role is critical to protecting the value of Longroad’s tax credit eligibility across its wind, solar, and energy storage portfolio. The Senior Manager, PW&A Compliance will serve as a key subject-matter resource for PWA compliance and will partner closely with internal teams, external contractors, and consultants to develop, implement, monitor, and continuously improve PWA compliance processes across the project lifecycle—from development and construction through operations. This role will be responsible for identifying and managing PWA-related compliance risks, reviewing EPC and other project agreement language for alignment with PWA requirements, overseeing third-party compliance reviews, and ensuring that applicable reporting, tax return, and documentation requirements are completed accurately and on schedule. The successful candidate will bring strong business judgment, organizational discipline, and the ability to independently manage complex compliance workstreams, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and translate regulatory requirements into practical business processes.
The expected salary range for this position is $175K - $190K, depending on experience, qualifications, and location. This role may also be eligible for incentive plan participation and other performance-based compensation opportunities.
