Job summary

GBA Companies is seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist – Pursuits to lead and coordinate proposal development from start to finish. You will review RFPs/RFQs, write and edit compelling content, and partner with market leaders, BD professionals, and technical teams to craft winning pursuits.

You will manage multiple complex proposals, gather information from project teams, and ensure on-time submissions while maintaining high-quality, client-focused materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field.
• 5+ years experience in proposal development, pursuit management, marketing, or related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office; Hands-on InDesign proficiency required.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with attention to style, tone, grammar, and accuracy.
• Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, persuasive client-focused content.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the development of proposals, qualifications packages, and other pursuit materials from start to finish.
• Review and interpret RFPs and RFQs, ensuring responses address requirements and meet deadlines.
• Write, edit, and develop compelling, client-focused content that communicates GBA's expertise and value.
• Collaborate with market leaders, BD professionals, and technical teams to develop pursuit strategies.
• Manage multiple complex proposals simultaneously and balance deadlines.
