Job summary

HITT Contracting Inc. seeks a Senior Associate, Pursuits to lead RFQ/RFP responses, interviews, and award submissions. You will coordinate with graphics, branding, and corporate teams, acting as the marketing point of contact for assigned units.

The ideal candidate has 3–10 years in marketing within AEC and is proficient in Adobe InDesign and CRM systems. Strong writing, editing, and project management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Marketing, Communications, Technical Writing, or Graphic Design.
• 3–10 years in marketing in a fast-paced corporate environment; AEC field experience required.
• Excellent technical writing and editing skills.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, especially InDesign.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with proposals.
• CRM exposure and proposal coordination experience.
• Ability to lead operations project teams and collaborate with executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, coordination, writing, editing, layout, and production of qualifications and proposals.
• Collaborate with project teams to develop interview materials and presentations; lead rehearsals.
• Serve as marketing point-of-contact for assigned business units.
• Develop marketing content including narratives and photography for proposals and collateral.
• Maintain marketing templates and resumes; update project sheets.
• Manage industry and project-specific award submissions.
• Drive improvements for efficiency within the marketing department.
• Mentor and guide other pursuits associates; support cross-functional teams.
