GBA is seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist – Pursuits in Lenexa, KS to lead proposal development, coordinate RFP/RFQ responses, and create client-focused content that highlights our technical expertise and value. You will partner with market leaders, BD, and technical teams to craft winning pursuit strategies.

You will manage multiple complex proposals, ensuring quality and timely submissions while continuously improving content libraries, processes, and collaboration across markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in proposal development, pursuit management, or marketing.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to craft and coordinate responses to RFPs/RFIs.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign) and MS Office.
• Excellent writing, editing, and attention to style and accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate proposals, qualifications packages, and pursuit materials from start to finish.
• Review RFPs/RFQs and ensure submissions meet requirements and deadlines.
• Develop client-focused content that communicates GBA’s value.
• Collaborate with market leaders, BD, and technical teams on pursuit strategies.
• Manage multiple complex proposals under tight deadlines.
