DLA Piper is seeking a Pursuits & Directories Senior Manager to lead the development of RFP responses, pitch materials, and the firm’s experience library. Qualifications

• Proven track record managing multi‑practice, multijurisdictional, complex RFP responses, and building pitch documents from the ground up in a client‑centric manner.
• Extremely high level of professionalism and good judgment with the ability to maintain collaborative relationships with attorneys, staff, and colleagues.
• Demonstrated project management experience, including deadlines, pursuit team management, and ensuring deliverables meet objectives.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates conversations with attorney teams and leverages client intel to identify and update information that differentiates the firm with clear value propositions.
• Acts as project manager through pitch/proposal lifecycle: opportunity assessments, tracking, planning, kickoff calls, content gathering, drafting, and coordinating with pricing and BD teams.
• Drafts, edits, formats and reviews proposal documents to ensure final submissions meet requirements.
