DLA Piper is seeking a Pursuits & Directories Senior Manager to lead multi‑practice RFP responses and client‑centric pitch content. You will manage the proposal lifecycle, align with BD and Marketing, and drive competitive submissions.

Qualifications

• Proven track record managing multi‑practice, multijurisdictional, complex RFP responses.
• Ability to build pitch documents from the ground up in a client‑centric manner.
• Strong project management, deadlines, and collaboration with attorneys and BD/Marketing teams.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates conversations with attorney teams and identifies differentiators for proposals.
• Manages the pitch/Proposal lifecycle including planning, kickoff, content gathering, and submissions.
• Drafts and reviews proposal documents to ensure compliance and high quality results.
• Coaches lawyers on in‑person/virtual presentations for BD opportunities.
• Extracts pitch trends to identify BD opportunities and improve the pipeline.
