Job summary

DLA Piper is seeking a Pursuits & Directories Senior Manager to lead the creation of compelling RFP responses and pitch materials, working with attorneys and BD colleagues to win work.

You will develop and maintain client-centric content, manage the experience library, and guide directories submissions while coaching lawyers on presentations and ensuring timely, high-quality proposals across multiple jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of directing RFP responses in professional services.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects under tight deadlines.
• Strong writing and editing skills; solid PowerPoint ability.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of RFP responses, pitches, and intro materials.
• Maintain BD content, experience library, and directory submissions.
• Coordinate with attorneys and BD/Marketing and pricing teams.
• Coach lawyers on presentations and manage pitch lifecycle.
• Ensure on-time, high-quality proposals and win themes.
