Role requires deep experience in professional services, strong writing and editing, and the ability to coach teams for polished presentations and paid submissions. Hybrid work options available across multiple offices.

Qualifications

• Proven track record managing multi-practice, multijurisdictional RFP responses and pitch material.
• Extremely professional with strong judgment and collaboration with attorneys, staff and BD teams.
• Demonstrated project management, deadlines, and compliant deliverables for proposals.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate conversations with attorney teams to identify differentiators and win themes.
• Manage the pitch/ proposal lifecycle, including kick-off, content gathering and timely submissions.
• Draft, edit and format proposal documents to ensure high-quality, compliant submissions.
