Peraton is seeking a Director, Pursuit Strategy on the Growth Strategy & Intelligence team. This senior individual contributor role blends competitive intelligence with bid execution to craft win arguments and pursue strategy for high-priority opportunities.

It partners with capture teams and supports pipeline health, aiming to make bids more competitive while guiding teams through capture excellence practices.

Qualifications

• 16+ years of federal government contracting experience in capture or pursuit strategy.
• Senior practitioner level understanding of capture methodologies (Shipley, Lohfeld) and a track record supporting large federal pursuits.
• Experience facilitating Black Hat reviews and win strategy sessions for diverse audiences.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to produce executive-quality artifacts under tight timelines.
• Must hold and maintain a TS/SCI security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop win arguments for Tier 0/1 pursuits using the PerWINS framework.
• Translate competitive intelligence into actionable win themes and strategy guidance.
• Deliver gate intelligence packages ahead of gate reviews.
• Assess probability of win at milestones and document rationale.
• Co-own growth intelligence requirements and translate outputs into pursuit strategy artifacts.
