Job summary

Honda is seeking a Site Delivery Frame Local Group Leader to coordinate daily activities with buyers and the technical lead team, ensuring KPIs while mitigating downtime and cost risks in our North American supply base.

The role implements business plan themes, oversees budgets, and leads critical projects and supplier improvements, while mentoring 5–10 buyers on the group level and collaborating across HDMA Frame sites.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in SCM, Data Analytics, or Business Management.
• Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in supply chain roles.
• Ability to interpret leadership direction and communicate across levels.
• Ability to build relationships across cultures and drive improvements.
• Experience developing benchmarks and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities with buyers and technical leads to meet KPIs.
• Lead execution of business plan themes, budget, and KPI targets.
• Lead/maintain critical projects and supplier initiatives; escalate when needed.
• Benchmark across sites to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Develop associates and mentor team members; drive system enhancements.
