Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of 5-10 purchasing buyers and technical leads in managing supplier delivery operations.
• Proactively resolve supplier delivery disruptions to eliminate assembly plant downtime and GDP losses.
• Execute Supply Chain Delivery business plan themes, budgets, and monthly operational KPIs.
• Benchmark with other North American Honda frame plants to identify and execute supply chain cost savings.
• Direct supplier design change compensation negotiations to mitigate financial exposure.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or Data Analytics.
• 8+ years of progressive supply chain, purchasing, or manufacturing logistics experience.
• Proven leadership managing teams of buyers, resolving critical supply chain crises, and managing budgets.
• High sensitivity for abnormal operating conditions, root cause analysis, and PDCA continuous improvement.
• Willingness to work overtime and travel to suppliers and manufacturing facilities.
