Qualifications

• Proven leadership of buying teams and budgets.
• Ability to analyze abnormal conditions and apply PDCA.
• Willingness to work overtime and travel to suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of 5-10 purchasing buyers and technical leads in managing supplier delivery operations.
• Resolve supplier delivery disruptions to eliminate assembly downtime and GDP losses.
• Execute Supply Chain Delivery business plan themes, budgets, and KPIs.
• Benchmark with North American Honda frame plants to identify and execute supply chain cost savings.
• Direct supplier design change negotiations to mitigate financial exposure.
